Our School Vision

St Sebastian’s C of E Primary School and Nursery has a strong sense of family where all belong, learn and thrive in God’s love.

Inspired by the parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10: 25-37), our school is a family built on love, respect, courage and aspiration. As Jesus said, "Go and do likewise" (Luke 10:37), we are called to live out his example of love and compassion, serving others with kindness and humility. Together, we create a nurturing environment where children are prepared for every step of their journey.

At St Sebastian’s CE Primary School, the curriculum is deeply rooted in the school’s vision.

We offer a challenging, broad, and relevant curriculum that empowers all children to do their best and achieve success. Like the Good Samaritan, who acted with love and respect when faced with the challenge of helping someone in need, our children are encouraged to aspire toward success through hard work, and are supported to be courageous in the face of academic challenges. Following the call to "Go and do likewise," our curriculum nurtures confident individuals who can live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives and responsible citizens who make a positive contribution to society—just like the Good Samaritan.
